A Message From The Headteacher

I am really pleased that our School has had the opportunity to take part in this very prestigious project. My personal congratulations to everyone involved - it has been a real team effort.

Schools across Wales will see the finished articles - the video, web site and booklet. To me, the real success has been the PROCESS of getting there - the hard work, teamwork and commitment of all pupils and staff from each of the Schools. I was struck immediately by how well the whole group gelled FROM day one.

I am writing this message on a Sunday afternoon. I am in Llanedeyrn High School's main hall. The time is 1:05pm and the date is the 8th June - the film shoot. Around me children are rehearsing, performing, and they are very excited! The film crew are buzzing and the Teachers look shattered!

My final message to all of our Year 6 pupils is simple - as you travel on through life you will experience many things that will influence how you react to different situations and to different people - the M4 project has been one such experience - learn from it!

Good luck!
