A Message From The Headteacher

The Moving Forward Project is one of the most exciting initiatives with which our school has been involved. What started as a germ of an idea in discussion, flourished and developed through brainstorming, is now blossoming into a whole range of positive activities focussed upon enhancing liaison and transition between Key Stages two and three.

All the pupils involved have been enthusiastic and totally committed to the project. This has been a major factor in the success of this initiative which, I feel, will provide other high schools and their feeder primaries with exemplar practice in helping prepare their pupils for this aspect of cross-phase transition.

With this in mind, we bid our year six pupils due to transfer to Llanedeyrn High School a fond farewell and wish them every success in the future. We do hope that the M4 project will have been a great success in helping prepare them for their move to their new school.
